U.S. stocks achieve best post-election performance in history, with cryptocurrency concept stocks leading the surge
According to market information, the US stock market has had its best performance after an election in history. The S&P 500 index is hovering around 5930 points, marking its 48th record high this year. The Nasdaq 100 index rose by 2.7%, setting a new record since July. The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed by 3.6%.
In addition, cryptocurrency-related stocks performed well, with MicroStrategy up by 13.17% and Tesla up by14.75%. Notably, Donald Trump Media Technology Group (DJT) surged before falling back down, closing with only a gain of 5.94%.
