The value of Bitcoin holdings in El Salvador once broke through 600 million US dollars, increasing by 117.74%
A screenshot recently shared by Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele on X shows that the country's Bitcoin holdings have exceeded $600 million.
According to the screenshot, El Salvador's Bitcoin holdings have increased by 117.74%, reaching approximately $603 million. The data shows that the country initially invested about $269.7 million in Bitcoin, with unrealized profits exceeding $335 million. Elon Musk also praised the considerable profits created by the country since adopting its Bitcoin strategy.
The latest data shows that El Salvador is still implementing a "daily increase of 1 BTC plan", currently holding 5,957.77 BTC worth approximately $595 million.(CryptoSlate)
