In a report by XTB's Kathleen Brooks, she stated that Bitcoin falling below the $100,000 threshold highlighted "the risk and unpredictability of cryptocurrencies". The recent sharp rise in Bitcoin came after Trump won the US presidential election. The market hopes that Trump can provide more crypto-friendly regulations which boosted this industry.
