- Bitcoin to Pass $150,000: Galaxy Research predicts Bitcoin will surpass $150,000 in the first half of 2025 and test or exceed $185,000 by the end of the year. This growth will come from institutional, corporate, and nation-state adoption. Bitcoin is expected to reach 20% of gold’s market cap and continue its outperformance against traditional asset classes like the SP 500 and gold.
- ETFs Soar: U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded products (ETFs) are expected to surpass $250 billion in assets under management (AUM) by 2025, driven by record inflows and price appreciation. Large hedge funds and institutional investors have already contributed significantly to this growth.
- Best Asset in Risk-Adjusted Returns: Bitcoin will continue to be one of the best-performing assets globally on a risk-adjusted basis, with its Sharpe ratio outperforming most equities, commodities, and fixed-income securities.
