Phantom Raises $150M in Series C Funding, Valued at $3B, Plans to Launch Social Discovery Feature
Phantom, a digital asset wallet, has raised $150 million in a Series C funding round led by Sequoia Capital and Paradigm, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz and Variant. The funding round values the company at $3 billion. Phantom plans to use the funds to launch a social discovery feature and simplify peer-to-peer payments for its users. The company currently has 15 million monthly active users and handles over $20 billion in annual swap volume.
