Kentucky State Representative proposes Bitcoin reserve-related bill
Kentucky State Representative TJ Roberts has introduced Bill HB376, which would allow Kentucky to invest up to 10% of its state funds in digital assets with a market value exceeding $750 billion. This makes Kentucky the 16th state in the United States to propose legislation related to Bitcoin reserves. The bill is known as the "Inflation Protection Act of 2025".
