Rapper Kanye West: Someone proposed to give me 2 million dollars to launch the RUG disk Meme coin, but I have rejected their request
PANews reported on February 8th, according to The Block, that American rapper Kanye West expressed on social media his desire to discuss "cryptocurrency-related matters" with Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong. Prior to this, he revealed that he had received a proposal of $2 million asking him to issue tokens, but he rejected the proposal and stopped cooperating with the proposer.
According to chat screenshots released by Kanye, the collaboration required Kanye to promote a RUG plate Meme coin. He would be prepaid $750k and could announce his account was hacked 8 hours after posting. After another 16 hours, an additional payment of $1.25 million would be made. The mastermind behind this claimed that the collaboration could profit tens of millions of dollars.
