Stellar (XLM) Network Accelerates Real-World Asset Integration, Global Payment Ecosystem Scales Over $19 billion

On February 7th, it was officially announced that the Stellar (XLM) network has achieved multiple breakthroughs in the real-world asset (RWA) and global financial infrastructure fields. Ondo Finance announced that it will launch the income-based US dollar stable asset USDY on the Stellar network. With the help of Stellar's payment network covering more than 400,000 global cash entry and exit, it will further connect the liquidity of on-chain and off-chain assets, and provide efficient cross-border transfer, asset collateral, and treasury management services for institutional and individual users.

 

According to the data released simultaneously in Q4 2024, the total number of addresses on the Stellar network exceeded 9 million, the on-chain RWA asset publishing volume reached $458 million, the quarterly payment scale exceeded $4.10 billion, and the total transaction volume exceeded $19.10 billion. Its underlying technology supports more than 5.57 million on-chain operations per day with an average block confirmation speed of 5.93 seconds, continuously consolidating its leading position in compliance payment and asset tokenization.

 

Currently, Stellar has built an open ecosystem connecting traditional finance and blockchain, gradually becoming a core option for enterprise-level financial infrastructure by introducing diverse RWA assets and expanding the global node network.
