Golden Finance reports that according to an announcement by the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the department has cancelled 167 contracts today, saving approximately $115 million in total expenditure. This includes a contract for "Existing Project Policy Fairness Assessment" from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) worth $2.23 million. Earlier news reported that DOGE announced its official website launch, which will disclose results of expenditure cuts.
