According to GlobalNewswire, the listed cryptocurrency mining company DMG Blockchain announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with an undisclosed trading counterpart to acquire its 10-megawatt data center to support the deployment of its Gen AI strategy. It is reported that the final agreement is expected to be completed within the next 90 days. Currently, DMG Blockchain has paid a prepayment of $5 million and will pay additional amounts according to the Gen AI computing power purchase agreement.
