Aikido Security: Discovered Backdoor in XRPL NPM Package Stealing Private Keys, Versions 4.2.1-4.2.4 Affected
According to monitoring by crypto security research institution Aikido Security, a security vulnerability has been discovered in the official XRPL NPM package. This backdoor program steals users' private keys and sends them to attackers. Versions affected are from 4.2.1 to 4.2.4, and Aikido Security advises users of earlier versions not to upgrade for the time being.
