U.S. SEC Announces Agenda for Third Crypto Working Group Roundtable, New Chairman Paul Atkins to Deliver Opening Remarks
The official agenda for the third crypto policy roundtable, scheduled for April 25 local time, has been released by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The two topics are: custody through broker-dealers and others, and custody by investment advisers and investment companies. The new Chairman, Paul S. Atkins, will deliver the opening remarks. U.S. SEC commissioners attending include Caroline Crenshaw, Mark Uyeda, and Hester Peirce. Participants include Jason Allegrante (Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Fireblocks), Terrence Dempsey (Fidelity Digital Assets), Rachel Anderika (Chief Operating Officer at Anchorage Digital Bank), Baylor Myers (Vice President of Corporate Development at BitGo), and others.
