The transaction was completed on April 30th, and specific terms were not disclosed. The core team of HeyMint will join Alchemy to jointly develop smart wallet products. HeyMint reportedly provides an NFT collection creation tool that does not require programming knowledge, supporting Ethereum and its Layer 2 network.
