LOUD token sale ends, participants in two phases are expected to receive 225,000 LOUD and 56,250 LOUD respectively
Loud! (LOUD) has completed two phases of token sales. In the first phase (whitelist phase), the fundraising target was 200 SOL, and 194.8 SOL was ultimately received, with each participating user expected to receive 225,000 LOUD. In the second phase (public sale phase, first-come, first-served), the fundraising target was 205.2 SOL (including the 5.2 SOL shortfall from the first phase), and it has now been oversubscribed, reaching the hard cap.
According to Loud!'s sale rules, when oversubscription occurs in the second phase, each participating user's contribution limit is expected to automatically decrease from 0.2 SOL to 0.05 SOL, with excess funds being refunded. Therefore, each person is expected to receive 56,250 LOUD in the second phase.
Loud! has also stated that the LOUD tokens have not yet been generated, and users who participated in the sale should wait for further claim announcements.
