U.S. Stock Market Close: All Three Major Indexes Fall, Tesla Drops 14%
U.S. stocks closed on Thursday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average initially down 0.25%, the S&P 500 index down 0.5%, and the Nasdaq Composite index down 0.8%. Tesla (TSLA.O) fell 14.2%, new stock Circle rose 167%, and both Apple (AAPL.O) and Nvidia (NVDA.O) fell over 1%.
