Arizona's Bitcoin Reserve Bill, HB 2324, passed the Senate with a 16-14 vote following a motion for reconsideration and has now been submitted to the House of Representatives. The bill allows Arizona to establish a digital asset reserve fund using digital assets seized from criminal forfeitures.
