Iranian official: Trump could end the conflict with a single phone call
According to CNN, Iranian presidential spokesperson Majid Farahani stated that if U.S. President Trump orders Israeli leaders to halt attacks on Iran, diplomacy with Iran could "easily" resume. "Iran believes in peaceful dialogue, whether direct or indirect. President Trump could easily stop the war with just a phone call to Israel." He reiterated Iran's position that negotiations are impossible while Israel is bombing Iran. Farahani said that Iran would not support halting nuclear enrichment activities, but added that concessions are possible.
