Consensys Founder Considers Increasing Leverage for Ethereum Treasury Firm Sharplink
2025/06/26 23:44According to a report by Jinse Finance, in an interview with Bloomberg on Thursday, Consensys founder and CEO Lubin stated that he is considering introducing leverage to Sharplink Gaming Inc., where he serves as chairman. Sharplink Gaming Inc. is a sports betting and gaming technology company that has recently transformed into an Ethereum treasury company. Lubin said, "Sharplink currently has no debt." However, he added, "We may take some steps to bring leverage to the company, possibly through convertible equity. We will issue long-term bonds at low interest rates. We will not put the company's strategy at risk."
