2025/07/02 01:59According to ChainCatcher, Hong Kong-listed company Deren Holdings announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with RWA tokenization fintech company Asseto Fintech Limited. The two parties will collaborate to advance the application of compliant digital asset products and services, including stablecoins and decentralized finance (DeFi) integration.
The scope of cooperation also includes jointly launching a compliant multi-asset strategy fund, applying for stablecoin-related licenses, and exploring the potential of tokenized fund shares as a source of stablecoin yield.
