Deutsche Bank: As Bitcoin Adoption Increases, Its Volatility Will Continue to Decline
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Deutsche Bank has stated that as mainstream acceptance grows and adoption of Bitcoin (BTC) by corporations, retail investors, and governments increases, Bitcoin’s volatility may continue to decline. The German bank pointed out that the recent surge in Bitcoin was driven by the impending introduction of crypto legislation in the United States. Notably, this rally has been accompanied by a record drop in Bitcoin’s volatility. Deutsche Bank believes that the decrease in volatility indicates a maturing market, with regulatory clarity, broader adoption, and long-term investment behavior contributing to greater stability for Bitcoin.
