The Smarter Web Company Plans to Raise at Least $20.1 Million to Purchase Bitcoin
According to ChainCatcher, Smarter Web Company PLC has announced in a company statement that it has engaged Tennyson Securities and Peterhouse Capital Limited to issue new ordinary shares to institutional investors through a placement. The accelerated bookbuilding process will commence immediately following this announcement, with the company planning to raise at least £15 million (USD 20.1 million) to purchase Bitcoin.
