10K Announces Project Failure, Airdrops Over $2.3 Million in Tokens to Presale Users

The project team stated that they have used the WATCHCOIN treasury, originally intended for incentives, to airdrop WATCHCOIN tokens worth over $2.3 million to presale participants.
