Stability DAO Responds to Credix Attack: 20-30% of Funds Affected, Compensation Plan to Launch Within Two Weeks at the Earliest
According to ChainCatcher, citing a report from Decrypt, in response to the "silence" incident following Credix's attack and subsequent deactivation of its X account, DeFi protocol Stability DAO tweeted that approximately 20% to 30% of Metavault funds on its platform have been affected. Stability DAO is working closely with Sonic Labs and other impacted protocols, and is preparing a detailed report to track both the team and the exploiters, with the hope of recovering the funds.
In addition, Stability DAO is formulating a compensation and recovery plan to assist affected victims, with implementation expected to begin as early as within two weeks. MetaVault will reopen next week, at which time more details will be announced. Previously, Stability had integrated with CrediX about a week ago, stating that it brought additional yield opportunities to the platform.
