International Business Settlement plans to issue $500 million in shares and invest HK$450 million in the Web3 sector

Foresight News reported that, according to an announcement by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong-listed company International Business Settlement Holdings Limited (0147.HK) has announced the placement and issuance of subscription shares with a par value of approximately 500 million US dollars. Of this, up to about 450 million Hong Kong dollars will be used for potential investment opportunities, particularly in cryptocurrency-related businesses and the Web 3.0 sector.
