Blink Charging announces it will accept cryptocurrency payments by the end of 2025
ChainCatcher reported, according to a company press release, that electric vehicle charging company Blink Charging Co. (BLNK) announced it will integrate cryptocurrency payment options into its charging network by the end of 2025. Drivers will be able to pay using cryptocurrency through the Blink charging app.
Blink Chief Technology Officer Harmeet Singh stated that the electric vehicle community are early adopters of innovation, and the company is excited to provide the community with the latest payment technologies. Blink plans to further develop its cryptocurrency strategy, with more details to be announced later this year. In the future, the company may launch loyalty reward programs and other features.
