Swedish Bitcoin treasury company H100 Group announces share offering to raise 10 million SEK
Jinse Finance reported that Swedish Bitcoin treasury company H100 Group announced that its board of directors has approved the issuance of up to 1,792,114 new company shares at a subscription price of 5.58 Swedish kronor per share, aiming to raise 10 million Swedish kronor through a private placement. The investor is TOBAM Bitcoin Alpha Fund. The new funds will enable the company to seek investment opportunities within its Bitcoin capital strategy framework while maintaining a flexible and balanced capital structure.
