According to ChainCatcher, citing Golden Ten Data, the Dow Jones Index closed down 1.2 points, or 0%, at 46,601.78 points on Wednesday, October 8; the S&P 500 Index closed up 39.13 points, or 0.58%, at 6,753.72 points; and the Nasdaq Composite Index closed up 255.02 points, or 1.12%, at 23,043.38 points.
