Zerobase appoints Constantin Gao as Chief Governance Officer

This position will focus on the governance structure design and relationship coordination between the ZEROBASE Foundation and ZEROBASE DAO, promoting the independent operation of the DAO and achieving its autonomy goals.
Constantin Gao has previously been active for a long time in decentralized communities and the field of funding for crypto public goods.
