Mining company Bitfarms announces completion of $588 million convertible senior notes offering
BlockBeats news, on October 22, bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announced the completion of its offering of convertible senior notes due in 2031, with a total principal amount of $588 million. After deducting the initial purchasers’ discounts and commissions as well as estimated offering expenses, the net proceeds raised are approximately $568 million. The funds are intended to advance its high-performance computing/artificial intelligence infrastructure construction in North America.
