According to ChainCatcher, on-chain analyst Spot On Chain (@spotonchain) monitored that a whale address "0x395" withdrew 12,000 ETH from an exchange about 18 hours ago, worth $46.3 million, at a withdrawal price of $3,854 per ETH. This whale currently holds 67,981 ETH, with a total value of approximately $264 million.
Data shows that this whale accumulated ETH at an average price of $3,027 between June 22 and August 12, and then sold at an average price of $4,218 between September 15 and October 12.
