According to a report by Jinse Finance, crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett has revealed that Caroline D. Pham, Acting Chair of the US CFTC, has confirmed that Michael Selig, Chief Legal Advisor of the US SEC Crypto Asset Working Group, has been nominated by the White House as the new CFTC Chair and will succeed her in the position.
