Central Bank: Digital RMB cumulative transaction volume exceeds 1.4 trillion yuan, with 225 million personal wallets opened
According to ChainCatcher, the official WeChat account of the People's Bank of China published "Review of the Central Bank's 14th Five-Year Plan (Part 2)", which emphasized the steady advancement of the research and application of digital RMB. As of the end of September 2025, the cumulative transaction amount of digital RMB reached 14.2 trillion yuan, with a total of 3.32 billion digital RMB transactions processed, and 225 million personal wallets opened through the digital RMB App.
