ChainCatcher news, the Core Foundation announced that the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands has determined that there are "serious issues to be tried" regarding Maple Finance's suspected breach of confidentiality obligations and exclusive cooperation terms during the joint development of lstBTC.
The Core Foundation stated that since the beginning of the cooperation in early 2025, they have invested significant resources in technology development, marketing, and product subsidies.
