Beijing Ubox signs a two-year agreement with Ant Dual Chain to integrate the Trusted Blockchain SDK into vending machines
Foresight News reported, according to an announcement by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong-listed company Beijing Ubox Online Technology Co., Ltd. announced that on November 20, 2025, it signed a Trusted Asset Management Platform Service Agreement with AntChain Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, AntChain Technology will provide Ubox with trusted on-chain software development kit (SDK) products and related services on the Ant Digital Technology Trusted Asset Management Platform, with a contract term of two years. AntChain Technology will grant Ubox a non-exclusive license to use the trusted on-chain SDK products in China, and will customize on-chain SDK products based on Ubox's business scenarios, providing device-side SDK suites with blockchain data recording capabilities for installation on vending machines.
