A whale sold part of their WBTC holdings and fully liquidated ETH, realizing a loss of $26.348 million in 4 months.
According to ChainCatcher, on-chain analyst Ai Aunt (@ai_9684xtpa) has monitored that a certain whale has liquidated all ETH holdings and sold part of their WBTC. In the past 8 hours, the whale sold 250 WBTC at an average price of $84,710 (totaling $21.17 million), incurring a loss of $7.948 million.
The whale's ETH holdings were gradually liquidated between November 17 and 21, ultimately selling 17,497 ETH at an average price of $2,994.9 (totaling $52.41 million). Of the previously accumulated 13,316 ETH, the loss amounted to $18.4 million. The WBTC and ETH accumulated by this whale at their highs during August and September this year resulted in a total loss of $26.348 million in less than four months. The remaining 1,310 WBTC are still at an unrealized loss of $40.71 million.
