Rayls will conduct its TGE on December 1.
Foresight News reported that Rayls Labs has announced that the TGE will take place on December 1, 2025. Yesterday, a certain exchange added Rayls (RLS) to its token listing roadmap.
According to previous Foresight News reports, Rayls is a permissioned EVM blockchain designed for enterprise use cases such as tokenization, CBDC, and intra-institutional transactions. The system requires all accounts to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations while maintaining user privacy, and can connect to the DeFi world via the Ethereum Rayls public chain.
Rayls developer Parfin has completed a $10 million Series A funding round, led by ParaFi Capital, with participation from Framework Ventures, L4 Venture Builder, and Núclea. The company stated that it has raised a total of $38 million to date.
