Musk: Top AI Stocks Are Nvidia and Alphabet
ChainCatcher reported that Musk said in a Sunday episode of the "People by WTF" podcast: "AI and robotics will become extremely important. The output of goods and services brought by AI and robotics will be so high that it will overwhelm everything else." When asked by the host which stock he would invest in at current prices, he gave two names: Alphabet (GOOGL.O), the parent company of Google and one of the "Magnificent Seven," and Nvidia (NVDA.O).
Musk said that Alphabet "has already laid the foundation for creating tremendous value from an AI perspective". Last month, the company launched the highly acclaimed Gemini 3 AI model, and Google's chips have also been receiving increasing praise. Nvidia, on the other hand, is an "obvious" choice. It remains the dominant player in the AI sector and collaborates with almost all major players in the industry.
Beyond AI and robotics, Musk also stated that companies engaged in "spaceflight" business are also potential investment targets worth watching. His private company SpaceX holds a leading position in the launch industry, although some publicly listed companies, including Rocket Lab, are seeking to challenge its dominance.
