According to Jinse Finance, monitored by Lookonchian, a trader who had achieved profits in 9 consecutive trades has just stopped out, closing a 40x leveraged short position of 500 BTC with a loss of over $1.78 million. The trader had accumulated $2.12 million in profits from the previous 9 winning trades, but this single short position resulted in a loss of more than $1.78 million, nearly wiping out most of the earlier gains.
