iShares Bitcoin ETP issues 730,000 new securities on the London Stock Exchange
According to ChainCatcher, citing Investing.com, iShares Digital Assets AG has issued 730,000 new iShares Bitcoin ETP securities, bringing the total number of securities in this series to 76.595 million. This marks the 31st issuance in the series. The new securities will begin trading on the main board of the London Stock Exchange on December 4, with an issue price of $9.04 per share. This Bitcoin exchange-traded product tracks the performance of Bitcoin, with an annual fee rate of 0.25%, but enjoys a preferential rate of 0.15% until December 31, 2026.
