Lighter founder talks about token launch: It won't skyrocket immediately; realistic expectation is to start from a relatively healthy position.
According to Odaily, Lighter founder and CEO Vladimir Novakovski participated in The Chopping Block podcast interview today.
When answering questions related to tokens, Vladimir stated: "From an expectation management perspective, this is a marathon, not a sprint. The team and early community are actually not expecting that kind of 'take off on the first day' scenario. A more realistic expectation is to start from a relatively healthy position, and then, as product development continues, the overall trend will gradually move upward. Our goal is obviously not to maximize value on the first day, but to ensure it is in a healthy state under the current market environment, and then continue to iterate on that basis. We have already seen too many tokens surge after launch and then go all the way down."
