JPMorgan reiterates its forecast that the total market capitalization of stablecoins will reach approximately $500 to $600 billions by 2028.
According to a report by Jinse Finance, JPMorgan analysts have reiterated their expectation that the market capitalization of stablecoins will not reach the trillion-dollar level, projecting a total market cap of around 500 to 600 billion USD by 2028. They stated that demand for stablecoins is still primarily driven by cryptocurrency trading activity, and the growing use in the payments sector may not substantially increase supply due to intensifying competition from tokenized bank deposits and central bank digital currencies.
