Crypto Market Overview 25–30 May – Institutional outflows weigh on sentiment, but the market has not entered panic mode 📌 The crypto market leaned clearly risk-off this week as $BTC fell around 4–5%, briefly dropping toward the $72,600 area before recovering slightly around $73,100–$73,600. $ETH also weakened toward the $2,000 zone, while the Fear & Greed Index stayed in the Fear range of 30–34, showing that defensive sentiment remains dominant. 💡 The biggest pressure came from ETF flows, with spot BTC ETFs recording about $1.26 billion in net outflows, while spot ETH ETFs saw around $216 million leave. As passive institutional buying weakened, the market lost an important support layer, making short-term rebounds harder to sustain. ⚠️ Macro and geopolitical conditions also added to volatility. Iran-related tensions, expectations that the Fed may keep a hawkish stance, and upcoming US economic data all pushed investors to reduce risk appetite. The sharp pullback during the week also triggered nearly $935–958 million in liquidations, mostly from long positions. 🔎 Even so, the market has not shown signs of a full-scale panic exit. Funding rates stayed close to zero, futures OI remained stable, and implied volatility compressed, suggesting derivatives activity is still relatively calm. This makes the current decline look more like weak fresh demand and capital reallocation than a leverage-driven crash. ⏱️ One key point is that capital has not fully left crypto, but is rotating selectively. Narratives such as RWA, AI, DeFi yield, oracle infrastructure, and the Solana ecosystem still attracted attention, with names like HYPE, ZEC, NEAR, ONDO, MORPHO, and LINK outperforming the broader market. This shows that speculative capital is still active, but not broad enough to create a full altseason. ✅ In the short term, the $72,000–$74,000 area remains an important reaction zone for $BTC. If ETF outflows continue and US data reinforces a hawkish Fed outlook, pressure toward lower support remains possible. On the other hand, if $BTC holds the current base and reclaims $76,000–$78,000, the market may enter a technical rebound, but ETF flows and selective altcoin rotation should remain the main signals to watch. #CryptoInsights

$ZEC imo not a bad place to fire but I think that you can probably grab a bit lower eventually. 200 ema on the 4h plus a decent S/R region down here. I think it eventually trades lower though

If $ZEC continues following the same fractal structure from the November rally, we could start seeing a relief rally here that forms the next lower high. If the pattern keeps tracking closely, the rebound could push into the $600-$615 region before price continues toward lower support levels again. We’ve already seen a retest of the previously lost double top neckline around $570, and that area has so far acted as a lower high. Still, considering how closely these fractals have matched up so far, I wouldn’t rule out another move higher before the next leg down.
