On November 9th, according to Lookonchain monitoring, a certain whale address received 90 million USDT from Tether Treasury 50 minutes ago and deposited it into CEX. Since October 20th, the whale address has received a total of 567 million USDT from Tether Treasury and deposited it into CEX.
