Arbitrum Orbit supports Layer 3 custom Gas tokens
Arbitrum Orbit platform has added support for custom Gas tokens. These tokens are used to pay transaction fees. This development allows the Orbit blockchain to use specific ERC-20 tokens that comply with technical standards to process Gas or transaction fees on its network. Previously, the Orbit chain could only use Ethereum as a Gas token.
