A giant whale has just withdrawn 11,587 ETH from CEX again

According to Lookonchain monitoring, a whale has just withdrawn 11,587 ETH (33.5 million USD) from CEX again. Since February 8th, this whale has purchased a total of 64,346 ETH (178.9 million USD) from both CEX and DEX.
