Cryptocurrency mining company Riot Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ: RIOT) has announced its financial results for the full year ending December 31, 2023. The company generated a record total revenue of $280.7 million, produced 6,626
Bitcoins and achieved a maximum computing power of 12.4 EH/s.
Company CEO Jason Les stated that 2023 was another milestone year for Riot as it made significant progress in key strategic development goals by completing the expansion of the Rockdale facility with a capacity of 700 megawatts, successfully expanding its electricity strategy, reaching long-term fixed-price supply agreements with MicroBT and developing a one-gigawatt Corsicana facility.
