Arkham monitoring shows that the address marked as a suspected Ethereum Foundation address (0xd7...c1f4) sold 100 ETH through Cow Protocol at 13:17 UTC+8, exchanging it for 291.267k DAI. These DAI were then transferred to the Ethereum Foundation address (0x9e...313D).
