According to The Data Nerd's monitoring, institutions keep withdrawing BTC from the exchange. 9 hours ago, Cumberland withdrew 300 BTC (about $18.36 million) from CEX, while Ceffu withdrew 246.33 BTC (about $14.99 million) from CEX 3 hours ago.
