BlockBeats reports, on October 12th, according to on-chain analyst ai_9684xtpa's monitoring, an institution that bought 40,000 ETH OTC at an average price of $3167 two months ago transferred about 22.2 thousand ETH (approximately $54.14 million) to a new address starting with 0x7B8 ten hours ago. Currently, the two addresses still hold 27,927 ETH in total worth $68.02 million and have incurred a floating loss of $20.41 million.
