US SEC Chairman: Plans to Advance Cryptocurrency "Innovation Exemption" Rulemaking by the End of This Year or Early Next Year
Foresight News reported, according to a certain exchange, that US SEC Chairman Paul Atkins recently stated that despite the impact of the government shutdown, the SEC still plans to initiate the formal rulemaking process for the cryptocurrency "innovation exemption" by the end of 2025 or early 2026.
